POST-TENSION STRUCTURES

Post-tension is a technique which is widely used in all fields in the building activity.
CA.TI. S.r.l. is able to satisfy the wicfest range of requirements in this sector: from the preparation of cables to the insertion of the strands in the sheaths, before ancf after casting and with the supply of mobile and stable clamping devices and couplings for any type of capacity.
Typical application examples can be seen in the construction techniques of bridges, viaducts and CAP beams in general.

POST-TENSION CIRCULAR STRUCTURES

Function: the clinker storage silo is a circular building with cilindric wall and cone shaped top cover. Its function is to store hot clinker that comes out of the oven and, via transport machines and dust collector, deliver it to cement mills or different grinding center via trucks.
Therefore both moving operations and silo must be watertight. Silo’s wall is made of prestressed reinforced concrete and top cover is made of plates of concrete over c.a.p. girders.
