GEOTECHNICAL PRODUCTS

We provide our customers with centering systems for anchors, rods, and micro piles, in diameter from 200mm to 180mm. We offer fluted and band centralizers for anchors for coverings from 10mm to 50mm.

We stock a wide range of smooth and corrugated sheathing, from 40mm to 180mm diam. Our sheathings are made in polyethylene HDPE, with thickness from 1.2mm to 4.0mm and customisable with non-standards diameters upon the customer's request.

We stock a wide range of spacer for geotechnical anchors, from 4 to 24 strands, able to ensure the sinusoidal shape of the strands in the bond lenght and a proper covering in cement.

We supply a wide range of post grouting tubes for anchors, micro piles, or simple injections on the ground.
The tubes provide injections through different methods:

• IR for repeated high-pressure injections through HDPE 13mm, 16mm, 20mm tubes, or through a 21 mm PVC pipe. diam.
• IRS for repeated selective high-pressure injections through 34 mm, 48 mm o 60 mm PVC tube.

Through post grouting tube the friction/tightness of the anchor bulb can be increased, and injections for consolidation or waterproofing can be performed.

We have various types and diameters of geotextile bags both in (300 g / m²) TNT geo-fabric and high-strength Nylon.
Our geotextile shutter bags are sewn with high elasticity texture thus allowing correct expansion during the injection phases.
They are usually used to contain the dispersions of cement grout inside the drilling hole and to facilitate sub-vertical injections.

To provide a complete service, we have various monitoring systems that allow you to detect the load transmitted by each anchor element. The load cells can be equipped with both electric and hydraulic detection systems with a capacity from 300 kN up to 5000 kN.
We design and develop detection systems upon specific customer's request, providing them with reading cabinets or GPS detection stations.

We supply and provide various components and supports in light and medium-heavy carpentry, combining plasma and oxy-fuel cutting operations with welding, milling, and turning operations.
We produce parts from a thickness of 3 mm up to a maximum of 200 mm, implementing the finishes with anti-corrosive processes of hot galvanizing and epoxy paints.
By combining these services, we can create inclined supports, backplates, and diverse other details that ensure the correct force distribution.

We manufacture and supply protective covers both in plastic (HD-PE) and in hot-dip galvanized steel.
Various fixing solutions are available to facilitate installation on-site and ensure the proper functioning of the covering system.
These components are aimed at allowing impermeability and improving the level of resistance to corrosion of the terminal part of the anchor both in stranded and bar anchors.
